Motorola Moto E 2nd Gen

Motorola now a lenovo company has announced Moto E 2nd Gen smartphone, successor of the first generation Moto E 1st Gen that was introduced last year. The new Moto E has a slightly larger 4.5-inch display, but has the same qHD resolution. It is powered with1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 SoC, comes with 4G LTE connectivity and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. It has a 5-megapixel rear camera without flash and a VGA front-facing camera. It also comes with 3G variant Moto E - XT1505 that has a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 SoC.

It has water repellant coating, mostly similar to  Moto G 1st Gen and Moto E series. It packs a slightly larger 2390mAh battery that promises up to 24 hours of battery life with mixed usage. Motorola will sell colorful Bands and Grip Shells for the smartphone separately.

The Motorola Moto E 2nd Gen comes in black and white colors and is priced at US$119.99 (Rs. 7,430 approximately.) for the 3G variant and the LTE variant costs US$149.99 (Rs. 9,300 approximately.)
Motorola Bands and Grip Shells are priced at $19.99 each. It will roll out in more than 50 countries in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia starting today.

Motorola India has confirmed that it will be available soon on Flipkart, but it is not clear if both the variants would be available in India.
